I think the work you have done for me is really wonderful, thank you very much. I have just received 4 canvases ordered last week. They are all great except the 8x10 of the ship in the water. There is a white speck right on the boat on the right side which has probably stuck on it when the finish went on I think. Also there is a slight dent on the canvas on the right side. I may have to get you to redo it. It is an order to send to Australia, to a gallery in Sydney. Will call you, but otherwise you are fantastic artisans.

Terrible customer service. Incredibly disappointed with my art print. It arrived in the wrong size and customer service is ignoring my request.

I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.
