Mere, | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

Reta R., | good work! The picture was wonderful it arrived in perfect condition. only problem was when I checked the waybill with greyhound, it stated that it could not be found. Gave me some concern there might be a problem. Turned out there was no problem, just an error on tracking. Thanks for the good work!
