Not Happy
I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy

I had my dogs picture put on canvas and am BEYOND pleased with it. He is a handsome boy, the quality of the canvas picture is amazing!!!!!!!!! Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works

I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes. I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame. Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified. Not good service. What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
