We're definitely impressed with the work from KeenArt, and our clients linger studying the images and buying them, of course, and are curious about the process (we have a description of the process of dye sublimation on the wall). Hopefully, we will be able to order another batch before the season closes down, but that all depends on how the covid virus behaves and affects our traffic. I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.
