Not Happy Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.

I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.
