JL, Calgary | absolutely love it... I just received my order and absolutely love my three new canvases. They were able to make the canvases from actual prints as I didn't have them on the computer. The turn-around time couldn't have been any faster - one week! Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
Sonya, Victoria | Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

Gave me some concern there might be a problem. Turned out there was no problem, just an error on tracking. Thanks for the good work!
